Boat
The inlet is home to eighteen short stay boat moorings for public use.
To enter the inlet, recreational boats must be able to pass under the pedestrian bridge. The bridge provides a clearance of 4.5m off the water which will allow most 12m and 10m boats with a flybridge into the inlet at all stages of the tide.
The eighteen short stay moorings are available to the public for stays of three hours or less. Visitors should be aware that the availability of the short stay berths may be affected by water based events.
Ten new swing moorings have been installed just outside the inlet opening to accommodate larger vessels.
For more information on recreational boating in Perth waters visit the Department of Transport.
Parking
You can find a limited number of paid parking bays on Enchantress Way, Duchess Way and Barrack Street Jetty which are available for 15 minutes and one hour for motorcycles and ACROD. However, these bays may be unavailable if building construction is taking place and adjoining lots.
If you need more time at Elizabeth Quay you can find longer parking options just a short distance away. Visit City of Perth Parking (CPP) or Wilson Parking (WP) for locations, rates, opening hours and available bays.
